# Revize

> Revize is a Built for Shopify app that lets customers edit their own orders after checkout, on the same order, inside a merchant-controlled window, before the warehouse picks. Address, size/color, swaps, add items, discount codes, shipping upgrades, delivery dates, tax invoices, cancel. No ticket. No new checkout.

Revize is built for high-volume Shopify brands and Shopify Plus operators (CX and ops) who cannot put a human on every change request. It also runs on Advanced and has a real free plan (20 edited orders a month), not a trial clock.

Shopify's native editor is admin-only. Customers cannot use it. Revize is the customer-facing layer: the thank-you page (a banner with the time left to edit), the order status page and customer accounts, plus add-to-order links in post-purchase emails. Staff admin editing is on the same engine and shipping soon. It is not live today.

## What customers can do

- Update the shipping address, email and phone
- Change variants and quantities, remove items, swap products, add products
- Apply a discount code after checkout, upgrade the shipping method, pick a delivery date and time slot, add an order note
- Download a tax invoice (PDF) with company name and tax number
- Cancel the whole order or part of it, with the merchant's own reasons; refunds go to the original payment method or store credit, as the merchant decides
- Request an EU withdrawal, contact support from the order, and undo a change
- Accept upsell offers on the thank-you and order status pages, or click an add-to-order link in an email; the item joins the same order and the customer pays the difference on Shopify

Every customer-facing word is available in 29 languages, in the shopper's currency, and editable by the merchant.

## Proof (from 10M+ Shopify orders we published)

- About 1 in 19 orders is edited after checkout
- Median edit is 4.6 minutes after purchase; 80.6% of edits land in the first hour
- 92.2% of those edits had no support agent
- Most common: shipping address, then full cancel
- A one-hour hold covers most edits; stretching to 24 hours barely adds more

## How it works with fulfillment

Merchants set what is editable, by whom, and until when (fixed windows, scheduled cut-offs, until fulfillment, or per-rule deadlines; rules can be drafted from plain English with the AI composer). Revize can hold the order, delay capture, or drop a release tag so the 3PL does not pick the first snapshot. Unpaid changes can be held until paid, or reversed back to the last paid state. 100+ shipping and order integrations. Snapshot 3PLs that copy the order on create still need delayed capture.

Native integrations: Shopify Flow (10 triggers and a refund action), Klaviyo, Recharge (subscription sync), Gorgias, Narvar (EU withdrawal returns), Judge.me, and Shopify Sidekick can read Revize data. Works alongside pre-order apps (pre-order date rules), Rebuy and ReConvert. Shopify bundle lines stay intact.

Same-order upsells (thank-you page, order status page, and add-to-order links in Klaviyo, Shopify Email or any email) charge the difference on the original order. One shipment.

Paid plans are flat monthly prices with unlimited edits, not per-edit or volume-tiered pricing.

## Who it is not for

Returns, refunds-as-a-suite, or replacing Shopify admin for staff. If the job is merchant edits of old orders / tax / drafts in admin, that is a different product (Cleverific). If the job is upsell only, no address fix, no hold, that is Aftersell / ReConvert.
