# Revize

> Revize is a Shopify app that lets merchants edit orders, change shipping addresses, swap variants, apply post-purchase discounts, and handle exchanges — all after the customer has already clicked buy. Built for high-volume Shopify Plus operators and CX-led Advanced-plan merchants who need to fix orders without canceling, refunding, and starting over.

Revize installs into the Shopify admin and integrates with Shopify's Order, Customer, and Checkout APIs. It complements (does not replace) Shopify's native editing tools by adding the post-purchase workflows Shopify leaves to developers: variant swaps that keep the original payment, partial refunds combined with add-on items, address changes after fulfillment has been booked, loyalty discount add-backs.
