Integrations

Edited orders, accurate everywhere.

Revize works inside Shopify and alongside the tools you already run, from Flow and Klaviyo to your 3PL and ERP. Here’s each one, and exactly what Revize does with it.

10 Flow triggers + a refund action100+ fulfilment systems
Shopify platform

At home inside Shopify.

Revize is Built for Shopify. It runs in your admin, makes edits on the Shopify order itself, and plugs into Flow, customer accounts, checkout pages and Sidekick.

Automation

Shopify Flow

Ten Revize triggers start your Flow workflows when an order changes, from a new address to a cancellation. One action refunds an overpayment.

10 triggers

  • Order edited
  • Shipping address updated
  • Shipping method updated
  • Email address updated
  • Phone number updated
  • Delivery date updated
  • Custom note added
  • Tax invoice generated
  • Support ticket created
  • Order cancelled

Admin

Shopify Admin

Revize runs inside your Shopify admin. Edits are made on the Shopify order itself, and each order is tagged with what changed, such as revize:shipping_address_updated.

Storefront

Customer accounts

The edit experience lives on the order page in Shopify customer accounts, so shoppers make changes from the account they already use.

Checkout

Thank-you and order status pages

Revize blocks tell shoppers they can still edit, show the time left and offer upsells. When an edit costs more, they pay the difference through Shopify’s checkout.

AI

Shopify Sidekick

Ask Sidekick how order editing is going. Revize gives it read-only data for the dates you ask about:

  • Orders edited, by type of edit
  • Order value added after checkout
  • Average edit duration
  • Orders awaiting additional payment
  • Cancellations by reason
Apps

Connected to the apps you already use.

Connect them from the Integrations page inside Revize, or drop add-to-order links into the tools you already send from.

Email and marketing

One-tap add-to-order links

Put an “Add to your order” button in any post-purchase message. One tap adds the product to the customer’s existing order, with no new checkout.

  • Klaviyo

When an edited order is fully paid, Revize sends the updated order to Klaviyo as an event, so flows and segments work from the latest order. Add-to-order links go in your Klaviyo emails too.

  • Shopify Email

Add the “Add to your order” button to the post-purchase emails you send with Shopify Email.

  • Postscript

Use the same one-tap add-to-order links in your Postscript messages.

Subscriptions

Recharge

Address and product changes sync to the customer’s Recharge subscription. You decide whether customers can update the address, swap variants, change quantities or cancel.

Support

Gorgias

When a customer raises a support ticket from their order, the same ticket is created in Gorgias automatically, with the order number, topic and message.

Returns

Narvar

Returns from the EU withdrawal button are created in Narvar instead of Shopify, so they run through your Narvar returns flow.

Reviews

Judge.me

Judge.me star ratings appear on products inside the order editor, so customers see reviews when they add or swap items.

Works alongside

Pre-order, subscription, bundle and upsell apps

Editing rules can target pre-order dates, Recharge and Skio subscription orders, B2B and POS orders. Shopify bundle lines stay intact, and the Shopify App Store lists Revize as working with pre-order apps, Rebuy, Recharge and ReConvert.

  • Pre-order apps
  • Recharge
  • Skio
  • Rebuy
  • ReConvert
  • Shopify Bundles
Fulfilment and ERP

Your warehouse gets the final order.

Revize keeps each new order from your warehouse while customers can edit, then releases it with every edit applied. It works with any 3PL or WMS that connects to Shopify.

  1. 01

    Order placed

The order is created in Shopify as usual.

  2. 02

    Waits while customers edit

You set how long the edit window lasts, and how the order waits: on hold, or released when the window ends by a tag or payment capture.

  3. 03

    Edits land on the order

Every change is made on the Shopify order itself.

  4. 04

    Released, edits applied

When the window closes, your fulfilment system gets the final order.

Shipping, 3PL and WMS

100+ systems

Fulfilment systems Revize works with include:

  • ShipBob
  • Flexport
  • ShipStation
  • ShipHero
  • Deliverr
  • ShipMonk
  • Stord

ERP

Edits land on the Shopify order before it’s released, so every change reaches your stack before the package leaves. ERP coverage includes:

  • NetSuite
  • Brightpearl
  • Cin7
  • QuickBooks
  • SAP
Order release

Three ways to release an order.

Choose the one that fits how your warehouse works. Our team sets up the right one with you during onboarding.

  1. 01Default

    Order hold

Each new order is held while customers can edit, then released for fulfilment with every edit applied.

  2. 02

    Release tag

Orders aren’t held. When the edit window ends, Revize tags the order revize:order_released, or a custom tag you choose, so your 3PL or WMS picks it up only once editing is done.

  3. 03

    Payment capture

With Shopify set to capture payments manually, Revize captures the payment when the edit window ends. The order turns paid then, so a 3PL that imports paid orders gets it with every edit applied.
