Revize runs inside your Shopify admin. Edits are made on the Shopify order itself, and each order is tagged with what changed, such as revize:shipping_address_updated.
The edit experience lives on the order page in Shopify customer accounts, so shoppers make changes from the account they already use.
Revize blocks tell shoppers they can still edit, show the time left and offer upsells. When an edit costs more, they pay the difference through Shopify’s checkout.

Address and product changes sync to the customer’s Recharge subscription. You decide whether customers can update the address, swap variants, change quantities or cancel.

Returns from the EU withdrawal button are created in Narvar instead of Shopify, so they run through your Narvar returns flow.
Judge.me star ratings appear on products inside the order editor, so customers see reviews when they add or swap items.
Editing rules can target pre-order dates, Recharge and Skio subscription orders, B2B and POS orders. Shopify bundle lines stay intact, and the Shopify App Store lists Revize as working with pre-order apps, Rebuy, Recharge and ReConvert.
Revize keeps each new order from your warehouse while customers can edit, then releases it with every edit applied. It works with any 3PL or WMS that connects to Shopify.
The order is created in Shopify as usual.
You set how long the edit window lasts, and how the order waits: on hold, or released when the window ends by a tag or payment capture.
Every change is made on the Shopify order itself.
